Clinical Business Developer Molecular Solutions                                               

Region: Morava a Slovensko 

 

Job Summary 

 

As a Clinical Business Developer for Molecular Solutions (Clinical Education Manager), you will strengthen and expand the existing business through educational initiatives for clinicians, enhancing their knowledge and effective use of our molecular diagnostic and microbiology solutions in clinical practice. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

 

  • Act as a clinical expert, engaging with targeted stakeholders and providing education on the clinical value of rapid syndromic molecular and POCT testing for current and prospective customers. 

  • Drive demand and product utilization through promotional and educational activities in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical teams. 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for clinicians across hospital departments and organize educational events. 

  • Present the clinical and economic value of our solutions. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and healthcare institutions while achieving business objectives. 

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in molecular biology and microbiology and support customers in developing demand and increasing the use of rapid molecular and microbiology testing solutions. 

  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze risks and opportunities for our solutions. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for clinical market growth and monitor the assigned territory. 

  • Work closely with Account Managers and internal experts, contributing to account plans and business strategy. 

  • Prepare quotations, business proposals, and tender submissions; negotiate pricing within authorized limits. 

  • Ensure accurate reporting of field activities and business opportunities through the CRM system. 

  • Comply with internal policies and ethical standards. 

Candidate Profile 

Education 

 

  • Master's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.  

 

Experience & Skills 

 

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector, with a focus on clinical applications. 

  • Experience working with hospitals and implementing clinical processes is required. 

  • Clinical or laboratory experience is an advantage. 

  • Experience in selling medical or pharmaceutical products within a hospital environment. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend professional conferences. 

  • Valid Category B driving license. 

  • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and the ability to communicate effectively in English. 

 

Travel Requirement:  approximately 80%
