Field Application Specialist for IVD field for Czech Republic
Requirements for application specialist:
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree in biology, microbiology or medical technology
- Good knowledge of lab environment
- 3-5 years experience in biology / microbiology field
- Windows OS, MS Office, basic IT skills
- Experience on CRM reporting
- Good ability for communication, team work and organization, networking within and outside the company
- Customer and solution orientation
- Training and coaching capabilities
- Willingness to travel, 2-3 days a week in territory of Czech Republic and as a back up also for Slovakia
- Fluent Czech and English
- Place of residence Czech Republic, preferable Prague or Central Bohemia
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide consulting, product training and support on bioMérieux solutions
- Answer internal and external customer questions and complaints and ensure compliance with regulatory through timely and accurate documentation in CRM application
- Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPI
- Be the interface between customers, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Managers and Authorities concerning vigilance processes (FSCA, FCA…) ensuring the follow up and documentation of these processes
- Develop and retain business, strengthen customer relation ship
- Make organizational recommendations around bioMérieux devices in order to optimize workflow, address 3 dimensions: technical, quality and productivity
