Export Supply Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Export Supply Manager to ensure, for bioMérieux Inc, the replenishment of the company’s products from the US International Distribution Centers to its Subsidiaries and Distributors worldwide in accordance with the criteria of compliance, quality, lead time and costs.
The position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA and reports to International Logistics Operations department.
Your main missions:
- Lead and motivate a team (5 to 8 people)
- Oversee the planning and execution of Export Supply Operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on operational performance and costs
- Attend and represent Export Supply Operations in meetings and transversal projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Who are you:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics operations management / multicultural context
- Interpersonal skills / leadership and team management skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Time and priorities management, result oriented
- Customer oriented/business oriented
- IS Tools related to Supply Chain : SAP(ECC/APO), Excel, FluidE (VMI)
