Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In the Project Portfolio Support Office team, your mission as a Project Leader will be to promote project management inside bioMerieux with:

• Training and supporting Project Management participants on project management methods and tools (project manager, project team members …)
• Training and supporting resource managers to monitor capacity planning utilizing the project management tool (EXPLOR)
• Supporting program management by working in partnership with program manager/ business manager
• Maintaining Explor (users account administration, data updates, define and test releases..) – EXPLOR is the Project and Portfolio Management tool used in bioMerieux (commercial name of the solution is Planisware)
• Helping with data analysis and KPI definition
• Working with the Project Portfolio Support Office team on global initiatives to continuously improve project management and promote best practices

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with relevant experience
• At least 5+ years’ experience in project management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proactive
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your explanation depending on your stakeholder
• Have a good ability to work as a member of a local and global team
• Work well with an Information System environment
• Knowledge on Explor or Planisware is a bonus
