To support the growth of our team and develop our expertise, we are looking for our future VIE 12 Months USA Salt Lake City – Production Methods Engineer.
This position will be based in the USA in Salt Lake City for 12 months as part of a VIE program, starting in June 2026, with a long‑term projection at the La Balme site.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Define and prepare production areas to manufacture test batches and validation batches.
- Build EVRPs and manage mitigation actions.
- Define and implement people flows, product flows, and waste flows.
- Develop and execute test cases.
- Define and organize training plans.
- Build scheduling tools in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
- Define, monitor, and ensure the achievement of Performance/Cost/Lead Time/Safety/Risk objectives for the Work Package, contributing to the overall project goals.
Who are you?
- Master’s degree (bac +5) or Engineering degree in biology or industrial/general engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, in roles related to production, continuous improvement, and/or methods.
- Training or professional experience in biology is a plus.
- Key skills that will make the difference: strong analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset, and project management (analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions).
- Excellent communication skills: able to convey information clearly and effectively.
- English and French: operational proficiency, written and spoken (minimum B2).
