We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work and grow within the Corporate Program Management Team and will report to the Senior Director within a team of 32 co-workers. Your main role will be to plan and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks to support transversal, strategic and operational projects for a market-leading Medical Device Manufacturer.


What will be your mission ?


  • Co-develop process for portfolio management, strategy, and prioritization with department leadership team
  • Provide insight into French ways of working and help team adapt presentations, projects, and communications styles to appropriate inter-cultural levels.
  • Attend project meetings, provide follow-up documentation including action items, meeting minutes, key decisions.
  • Assist in preparing and communicating project status, risks and timeline.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining project documentation including project proposals, requirements, projects plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, budgets, and scheduled milestones.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the project/program teams
  • Ensure all documentation is complete at project close.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes.


Who are you?


  • Master degree in Business or Engineering with at least initial experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good organizational skill and strong attention to detail
  • Able to challenge decisions and to recognize important and high-level information
  • Competent with MS Office Software (Work, Excel, PowerPoint),.MS Visio and MS project will be a plus
  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly new topics
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
