Working in the Purchasing department, you will evolve as a junior project manager, advising, proposing, implementing and developing solutions (methods, processes, procedures and tools) and leading the community of users, with the aim of simplifying processes and providing innovative solutions.

 

What is your role at bioMerieux?

 

In collaboration with the tools and methods team, lead the deployment of the Jaggaer SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) solution in the USA. You will be responsible for :

  • Gather user requirements to improve the process and solutions in place, in collaboration with the other areas: BPO, BPR and the Project team,
  • Transcribe business requirements and write URS for the project and the Jaggaer application (in the dedicated Helix application).
  • Collect, qualify and prioritize enhancement requests and monitor their implementation with the various parties involved. Provide appropriate support during and after the implementation phase,
  • Ensure the day-to-day performance of end-to-end processes, and the resolution of incidents and urgent problems in response to business requests,
  • Monitor and participate in solution testing activities (write test scenarios, plan test periods, coordinate testers, execute test scenarios),
  • Contribute to adoption and change management (Communication, Training, Target organizational model, User support...).

 

Who are you?

 

  • With a Master's degree from a business or engineering school, you have successful experience as a project manager.
  • You also have a first experience in a purchasing department.
  • Imperative mastery of MS Office suite tools (Excel and PowerPoint), and an affinity for technological solutions
  • You are recognized for your organizational skills, your ability to manage change and your ability to take initiative.
  • You are a good communicator.
  • Fluent in English.
