Primary Mission and Objective of the Position
Instruct and assist bioMérieux customers in the correct use of systems and reagents according to the guidelines provided by the parent company and BioMérieux Chile, utilizing scientific knowledge to maintain the continuous use of all our systems, in addition to providing technical and commercial advice focused on comprehensive solutions for our products.
This work will be performed in conjunction with the Sales Representative and the sales team. The Technical Scientific Advisor Professional must also ensure and support the continuous improvement of the organization's Quality Management System.
2 Main Responsibilities
All
 Coordinate and provide consulting, technical training, and ongoing support for bioMérieux solutions.
 Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients and ensure compliance with standards through accurate and timely documentation in the ERP system.
 Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet KPIs.
 Develop and retain business, strengthening customer relationships.
 Make organizational recommendations for the team to optimize workflow, addressing three dimensions: technical, quality, and productivity.
 Ability to perform training routines.
From Level 9:
 Promote bioMérieux solution projects, evaluations, and on-site visits both pre- and post-sale.
 Enable bioMérieux customers to fully utilize the technical potential of the solutions (interpretation of results, sample management, workflow optimization, etc.).
 Demonstrate technical expertise that allows for easy management of presented projects, new products, and new technologies.
 Provide mentoring, coaching, advanced training, certification, and onboarding support for other bioMérieux employees/newcomers.

From level 8:
 Act as a technical pillar for sub-clusters.  Recognized market expertise, ability to interact with KOLs.
 Contribute to projects related to their field of expertise.
3 Education - Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
3.1 Professional Health Training with experience in Clinical Laboratory, Microbiology, Immunology, and/or Molecular Biology. Ideally, at least 5 years of experience.
3.2 Experience using automated equipment and laboratory management software.
3.3 Computer literacy.
3.4 Teamwork skills.
3.5 Learning agility, Effective communication, Service-oriented attitude, Assertiveness, Initiative, Proactivity, Planning, autonomy, and leadership skills, Public speaking skills, Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
4 Scope, Indicators, Key Contacts:
 Number of clinic clients per area: Approximately 60
 Position reports hierarchically to the Customer Services Manager (Level 10) and the Marketing Manager (Level 09)
 Advanced English (Level 09) / Intermediate English (Level 10)
 Territorial commercial indicators (sales, profitability, etc.)
The position requires internal contact with the engineering team, help desk, and sales force, for the purpose of exchanging customer information, coordinating corrective actions, and training; and external contact with each client in the various activities requested of Customer Service.
