CHANNEL MANAGEMENT & ON LINE SOLUTIONS REGIONAL MANAGER
1. MISSION OVERVIEW
The Channel Management & on-line Solutions Regional Manager is responsible for the proper execution of bioMérieux commercial strategy for Clinical and Industry business units, for the indirect channels, acting as a link between the commercial teams to provide our channel partners with processes, competences, tools and methodologies to improve efficiency, productivity and effectiveness in the commercial processes, in addition is responsible for supporting and coordinating the adoption of bioMérieux On-line solutions to expand our commercial reach for Direct & Indirect Channels, aiming for improving business impacts and customer satisfaction.
This position will report to the Associate Director, Regional Commercial Excellence, Latin America.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead in collaboration with global, regional, and local commercial leaders, as well as Human Resources, to enhance the development of non-technical commercial competencies within the indirect channel commercial teams. Additionally, it drives the successful implementation of the account management model. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of selling, promoting, and delivering our solutions to customers
• Drive implementation, adoption, and impactful usage of the company's commercial tools, processes, and methodologies under the customer management 360 vision of bioMérieux, providing information insights to increase predictability and impact in our business through the indirect channels
• Guarantee channel partners' alignment in implementing, adopting, and using the bioMérieux pricing and contract excellence strategic approach, methodologies, and tools to ensure a structured and aligned price and contract strategic execution across their territories.
• Guarantee the implementation of the account management model in the channel partners for direct and indirect markets to match local strategy, providing guidance to commercial leaders in the implementation and value to improve effectiveness in our commercial reach
• Ensure Go To Market Strategy is up to date and consistent for domestic and export distributors within the region by continuously assessing them through the Distributor Portfolio Optimization tool and provide recommendations/action plan when necessary
• Steer the implementation and channel partners and direct channels businesses' appropriation of the company's online solutions, aiming to Expand our Commercial Reach.
3. STUDIES & EXPERIENCES :
- At least 5 years of solid experience with customer-facing or commercial operations (Sales, Marketing) or related experience in other fields managing operations
- Project management experience implementing medium/large projects, emphasis on implementation and adoption of new methodologies.
- Working experience with CRM, preferably salesforce.com, will be an advantage
- Distribution management experience will be relevant to this position

- Demonstrate ability to lead by influence, negotiation skills, and capacity to drive a multidisciplinary team without hierarchical reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft package at advance level.

LANGUAGE: Mandatory Spanish and English. Portuguese will be a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This role requires travel.
LOCATION: The position could be based in any subsidiary of Latin America.
