Main Mission and Objective of the Position:

To ensure, in alignment with the strategy, that all conditions are met to develop the business, achieving the objectives committed to the organization for the portfolio in question.

In addition, the role includes ensuring and supporting the organization's Quality Management System.

2 Main Responsibilities

• Develop and formalize knowledge of the local market and customers to inform the local marketing plan.
• Build and execute the local marketing plan, involving all necessary internal functions in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
• Support the product lifecycle, including feedback and adjustments to local requirements.
• Lead all activities to maintain, launch (go to market), and retire (exit the market) bioMérieux products and services within their scope: solution, promotion and value extraction, messaging channels, and communication for each key stakeholder. • Align and engage all necessary internal and external business partners to execute the plan through: clear communication of the strategy, ensuring that people are trained and that their incentive plan is aligned with strategy execution, and ensuring that metrics are consistent and actionable.

• Develop a measurement plan to evaluate the efficiency of marketing activities and their impact on customers and the business.
• Contribute to the budget, strategic plan, and commercial launch.
• Ensure alignment and communication between global, regional, and local marketing organizations.

3. Education/Experience/Skills and Qualifications:

3.1 Education-Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree in science and business/marketing preferred. 0 to 3 years of experience in Marketing 

3.2 Skills and Qualifications

Good understanding of the diagnostic environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and motivational skills.

Strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
