  • Customer Penetration and Relationship Management 

∙ Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key customers and prospects 

∙ Conduct regular customers meetings to understand their needs and gather feedback. 

∙ Address customers issues promptly and devise strategies to enhance client satisfaction. 

∙ New accounts penetration based on sales driving mind it’s necessary 

∙ Utilizing SFDC(CRM) well for sales activities 

∙ Managing certain distributors for developing revenue 

 

  • Revenue and Performance Management 

∙ Achieve sales targets through strategic planning in own dedicated territory with distributors. 

∙ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports of designated territory. 

∙ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. 

∙ Sales Forecast for Equipment and Reagent business not only direct business but also certain distributors 

 

  • Strategic Planning and Execution 

∙ Recognize well for sales cycle such as developing game plan, making contact, building desires, creating option, presenting, closing the sales, satisfying the customer, managing and growing as well 

∙ Propose and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements. 

∙ Collaborate with internal teams(MKT,FAS) to provide products and services that meet client needs. 

∙ Provide strategic insights through market trends and competitor analysis. 

∙ Execution value selling strategy 

∙ Lead and opportunity generation proactively 

∙ Align with Region and global team for strategic selling product 

  • Contract and Negotiation Management 

∙ Negotiate and finalize major contracts. 

∙ Monitor and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. 

∙ Close deal on right timing with customer first mind set
