Demand Planner

Job Purpose

As a demand planner, you are responsible for demand planning, forecast management, inventory coordination, and supply chain data reporting to help ensure stable product supply and service excellence for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning and forecasting for bioMérieux products
• Handle internal purchasing orders for bioMérieux Korea in SAP
• Review and coordinate internal VMI processes and scheduling
• Monitor forecast accuracy and develop improvement plans
• Prepare and coordinate monthly demand planning meetings
• Update delivery schedules for internal and external customers in a timely manner
• Manage inventory in accordance with FIFO/FEFO principles
• Conduct regular inventory stock counts in line with company guidelines
• Prepare and process inventory write-off activities in SAP in a timely manner
• Ensure stable product supply and maintain service levels for internal and external customers
• Manage and handle S&OP/IBP-related data
• Prepare supply chain data, analysis, and reports
• Support supply chain projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, and forecast operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• SAP experience is required
• Good business English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
