Primary Purpose and Overall Objectives 
Accountable for developing and executing the marketing strategy, mobilizing the marketing team and aligning other commercial teams, and managing budgets to drive business growth and maximize business results. Strengthen the company’s awareness among major stakeholders and establish a strong brand of innovation and public health focus through customer engagement. Closely collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to execute global strategies and to reflect country needs into global portfolio strategies.

Main Responsibilities
· Identify market opportunities based on thorough market analysis, combined with customer insights and product positioning.
· Lead the development and execution of the local marketing plan in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
· Develop the value proposition of bioMérieux solutions and deliver to the laboratory and clinical stakeholders effectively through marketing communication, KOL development and engagement, and mobilization of the sales organization.
· Ensure successful product launches and product lifecycle management by leading the GTM committee and soliciting timely support by RA/QA, SCM, Service, and Medical Affairs departments.
· Partner with the finance department in Budget and Strategic Planning exercises.
· Develop and lead the team members of product marketing, marketing communication and laboratory consulting expertise.
· Act as a partner in the Country Leadership Team Committee.
· Contribute to Global Marketing Strategies, planning and other global transversal initiatives with local inputs.

Other tasks as defined in related company procedure or assigned by the direct supervisor.


Qualification
· Bachelor required, Post Graduate degree in Science and Business/Marketing highly preferred.
· >10 years of experience in product marketing and strategy in diagnostics, medical devices, or the pharmaceutical market, with> 3 years leadership experience.
· Ability to develop and lead a team and ability to connect, facilitate and lead multifunctional teamwork.
· Strong business acumen along with demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
· Good analytical, strategic planning, communication and motivation skills.
· Leadership and influence to internal and external stakeholders, including partners and customers.
