What will be your mission?

FP&A Transformation & Controlling (50%)

Support the modernization of FP&A processes (forecasting, budgeting, reporting)

Improve forecast accuracy, reporting quality, and data reliability

Participate in monthly closing and performance analysis

Build and enhance dashboards and management reports

Contribute to standardization and simplification of financial processes

Partner with local teams to challenge and improve existing practices

Digitalization & Process Improvement (50%)

Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate processes across departments (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.)

Design and implement digital solutions (low-code / no-code tools)

Develop workflows using tools such as:

Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel / Power BI

Act as a change agent, promoting a digital mindset within the organization

Support users in adoption of new tools and processes

Ensure scalability and sustainability of implemented solutions

 Who are you?

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in finance or business related major

First experience in controlling / FP&A / audit (internship or apprenticeship)

Strong understanding of financial statements and performance analysis

Data analytics systems & tool including Excel

Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Curiosity and proactivity – ability to challenge the status quo

Agility and adaptability & autonomy in a fast-changing environment

Strong communication skills (ability to interact with non-finance teams)

Problem-solving orientation with a hands-on approach in a team work environment

Fluent in English is mandatory

Korean is a plus but not required

VIE mission duration is 1 year, from October 2026, based in our Seoul office.
