Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Acceleration manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for driving the growth and acceleration of our products/services in the marketplace but also fostering business development and open innovation which can compensate and enrich our current product portfolio and support consistent growth in China.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion, product/service enhancements, and novel market entry strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust and innovate on strategies effectively.
- Drive the creation and execution of market acceleration and business development strategies consistent with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee open innovation initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, partners, and external innovators to bring fresh perspectives that fuel business growth.
- Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients to build strong relationships that promote our products/services and spark innovative collaborations.
- Foster a culture of innovative thinking within the team to continually improve our market acceleration and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Clinical medicine, or a related field with healthcare industry experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating success in driving market acceleration, business development, and open innovation.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for networking and fostering relationships.
- Deep understanding of open innovation strategies and a proven record of implementing them in previous roles.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools for data analysis and forecasting.
