岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Being part of the Public Affairs team, support in managing PR/GA relations and market access in Shanghai,Suzhou and other regions to create a favorable external environment for the organization and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth. Represent the organization in dealing with appropriate external parties.
主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Establish positive relationship with key levels of government, public services, trade organizations and authorities in Shanghai, Suzhou and other regions, to advance the organization’s business interest, including but not limited to company branding, market access, reimbursement, tender or other business activities; support bioMerieux branding by leveraging the government resources;
-Execute PGA strategy. Devise and execute proactive strategic plans to leverage or mitigate upcoming changes and trends. Promote business goals through thought leadership and structured advocacy.
-Regular communication with various government agencies and French consulate general and French business community, monitor, analyze and interpret government policies on how these development might impact on organization’s business development; organize events together with them;
-Implement public relation programs/activities to protect and enhance the organization’s reputation, respond to major enquiries from government, media or other interested parties and ensure all communication is professional and accurate; Lead the response to relevant Government consultations on behalf of the business to help articulate and implement policy positions.
-Support project management, such as Sino-French healthcare project, Financial reward, various types of awards and events with government; Assist the PA team in crisis management under public/government domain to minimize impact on the organization;
-Work closely with cross-functional teams in support of BMX, BSB and BSuB business;
-Other relevant tasks in public relations/government affairs designated by the line manager.
知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above
-Extensive experience in politics or government relations. Good knowledge of Chinese government/political system and good understanding of China's healthcare industry is recommended.
-At least 5 years work experience in the government affairs function in multinational company. Working experience in government agencies or public sector is preferred.
-Good communication skills both written and verbal in Chinese and English. Confident in explaining complex policy issues to internal audience.
-Experience of managing an external agency from a budgetary and organizational perspective.
-A self-starter with strong discipline, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude, high ethics, and a demonstrated track record of working successfully under pressure in a time-constrained environment.
-Ability to think strategically with business acumen. High learning agility.
-Maintain strict compliance with all applicable policies and laws, especially those related to interactions with government officials.
