The position is responsible for managing daily duties of customer service ensure processes run smoothly, Monitoring service business report and service KPIs and coordinate with teams internal & external, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization

1.    Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by managing team activities, scheduling appointments, and ensuring daily operation supplies are stocked.
2.    Assist in the creation, formatting, editing, and distribution of documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate reports and files.
3.    Serve as a primary point of contact for the internal and external communications, including preparing for newcomers, responding to inquiries, and handling any administrative problems of customer service.
4.    Assist in managing office resources such as equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships, Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests as necessary.
5.    Arrange and coordinate meeting, conferences, and events, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing agendas, and organizing materials.
6.    Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to details, assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting as needed.
7.    Monitor customer service KPIs, including daily performance and business numbers, by coordinating with each team of customer services
