Data Integration Specialist

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Support the organization to drive business growth through a quality, robust, analytical business platform.
This position is responsible for generating different kinds of analysis, or operation in system to give business and management qualified and valuable market and customer information. 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Deliver different types of business reports including but not limited to sales performance, sales productivity etc.
-Develop and improve frameworks, dashboards, analytical templates adapted to the changing business requirements.
-Perform sales incentive calculation on quarterly or semi-annual basis and follow up the appeals.
-Perform deep-dive business analysis in a variety of dimensions to generate commercial insights as well as areas of improvement for management level.
-Product life cycle management (including phase in/out management, order form management, SPOT system);.End customer price management, support to the sunshine platform.
-Other tasks assigned by the management or defined in related procedure.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree, major in science or engineer.
-3+ years of experience in a commercial role within a rapidly growing company.  
-Excel expert skills, comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis, paired with critical thinking and sound business judgment (PowerQuery and PowerPivot).
-Knowledge and experiences of RPA(Robotic Process Automation) and data analysis is a plus.
-Quick witted for new knowledge learning.
-Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be flexible.
