Distribution Management Manager

1、Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job :
-      To adopt the changes of healthcare environment of government policy and local markets, meet the business model transformation requirement in China and setup the ecosystem with all functions and support the strategic business growth in the next years

2、Main Accountabilities:
-    Business partners role between DCM and other department/ functions, in term of distributor management SOPs, practice, commercial policy, performance review, improvement of behaviors;
-    Lead half year distributor performance review and regional channel structure, transparency review to better adapt to new channel model and change in business environment;
-    Identify new channel model such as logistic platform, has full accountability& responsibility to lead logistic platform model transformation and daily management
-    Responsible for managing GPO business from top down approach, working closely with sales and marketing to analysis, setting commercial policy, KPI to drive GPO business;
