Job Description
- Develop and execute the growth strategies and programs to achieve sales revenue & profit targets, through direct selling and / or distributors. Monitor price policy, conditions of sale and expenses budget.
- Lead the annual sales budget process, strategic plan & sales reports by consolidating sales force data & forecasts; ensure the market data are routinely and accurately tracked, updated and utilized.
- Drive the most efficient business approach, by ensuring prioritization of targeted markets / accounts profiles and commercial actions for budget revenues achievement
- Optimize the organization. Participate in the recruitment, selection, development and retention of top talent. Manage and develop the sales and marketing team by monitoring & coaching, implementing relevant training and development programs. Propose variable plan in line with company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinions Leaders and management of Key Accounts.
- Ensure that sales pipeline is routinely and accurately tracked & updated
- Demonstrate and promote BMX BDI culture.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science Degree and competence in business (Management, Sales, Marketing) appreciated. MBA appreciated although not required
2. Minimum 7 years of commercial experience, business to business and/or corporate account sales experience, with a proven track record of results
3. Excellent understanding of the company strategy. Thorough knowledge of the product lines, market trends & competitors is required
4. Minimum 3 years of team leadership in recruitment, engagement, retention & people development.
5. Agile in changing environment, being active in leading changes of processes, tools, organizations and policies.
