PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
The PMO is a critical driver of China Strategy 2.0 execution, accelerating the transition toward One Company following integration.
This role serves as the central governance hub for transformation initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, clear accountability, and measurable outcomes. It drives end-to-end alignment across commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and support functions, while strengthening execution rigor and operational effectiveness.
The PMO plays a pivotal role in orchestrating integration, tracking synergies, and embedding a unified operating model, enabling sustainable growth and competitiveness in China.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Transformation PMO & Execution Control
-Serve as the central PMO for all China transformation initiatives
-Establish and enforce execution cadence (milestones, timelines, deliverables, ownership)
-Ensure strict tracking of progress and accountability across prog
Integration Program Execution
-Manage the end-to-end execution of bioMérieux–Hybiome integration
-Track key milestones, synergy delivery, and implementation progress
-Identify bottlenecks and drive timely issue resolution to maintain momentum
Governance, Reporting & Performance Tracking
-Set up and manage governance frameworks (steerco, dashboards, KPI tracking)
-Consolidate and provide regular, accurate reporting to leadership
-Ensure transparency, data accuracy, and consistency across all initiatives
Initiative Tracking & Prioritization Support
-Maintain a clear view of all ongoing initiatives, dependencies, and resource allocation
-Support leadership in prioritization decisions based on progress and impact
-Ensure alignment between plans and execution realities
Cross-functional Coordination
-Coordinate across R&D, manufacturing, commercial teams and supporting functions
-Drive day-to-day alignment and follow-up to ensure commitments are delivered
-Facilitate effective communication and issue escalation
Discipline, Process & Ways of Working
-Standardize PMO processes, tools, and templates
-Strengthen execution discipline, accountability, and decision clarity
-Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and operational efficiency
KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Professional Experience
-8+ years in strategic project management, ideally within healthcare or life sciences.
-Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
-Experience in multinational or matrix organizations with exposure to both global and local business environments.

-Robust business acumen and understanding of commercial dynamics.
-High proficiency in project governance, stakeholder management, and communication.

Language Skills
