The headquarter of Mérieux University is located to the west of Lyon (France) in “le Domaine de Montcelard”, and 4 Regional Hubs are dedicated to our international sessions (China, USA, Shanghai, France).
Overall Objective of the Job:
Be responsible for the execution of commercial enablers tools (CRM) and Commercial Excellence projects across ASEAN. You will have as principal task to actively support ASEAN countries in building effective sales processes, drive changes and continuous improvement to increase bioMerieux business impact in both direct and indirect market.
Main Accountabilities:
- Be the key person for local sales teams and distributors in ASEAN to facilitate, execute and follow-up of the roll-out of commercial performance initiatives (CRM, CVM, CPQ, bioMérieux+, etc,)
- Be the CRM champion of ASEAN, gather unmet needs/issues from the countries and escalate to regional/global team for solution or enhancement.
- The go-to person for CRM related sales supports and for maintenance of good data quality in the CRM.
- Work closely with various functions (Finance, Supply-Chain, IS, Marketing, Quality, Ethics & Compliance, Legal) and Business to ensure optimal coordination of all commercial performance projects.
- Support local countries on relevant CRM dashboard creation
- Promote and monitor the adoption of commercial enablers (CRM, Blue Sheet, Account plan etc), share best practices within ASEAN.
- Extend the commercial enablers initiatives to distributors and actively involve in the deployment of digital transformation project (bioMérieux+)
- Be the trainer for commercial enablers and related tools
- Other tasks based on business needs as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Studies-Experience:
- 5 years and above experience in managing customer relationship management tool (preferably Salesforce).
- Previous working experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
- Successful project management experience is highly valued

- Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally and in a multi-cultural environment
- Possess good business acumen
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Be proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner
