Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
- The MarCom & Digital Marketing Manager – ASPAC plays a pivotal role in driving the regional marketing communication strategy, enhancing digital activation, and strengthening campaign performance across the ASPAC region. This role supports cluster and local teams by coordinating multi-country digital campaigns, optimizing website and digital channel localization, and ensuring robust analytics and insights loop‑back.
- Operating within the ASPAC Clinical Operations Marketing team, the position bridges global direction and local execution needs, ensuring coherent messaging, strong digital presence, and impactful, insight‑driven marketing activation for prioritized franchises.
- The MarCom & Digital Marketing Manager – ASPAC will provide support in priority to clusters lacking local digital capabilities.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Enablement, Alignment & Framework
- Provide Voice of Region which reflects a consolidation of local inputs to influence the communication strategy (upstream /downstream)
- Cascade tools & practices between Global and Local Marketing Communication
- Deploy global standards & best practices
- Feedback loop between local & regional
2. Campaign and Asset Localization & Execution
- Support integrated campaigns with regional adaptation of content for events, digital channels, and customer‑facing teams, leveraging a maximum of Global contents to create efficiencies.
- Regionalize global marketing materials, content, and messaging for ASPAC.
- Ensure regional alignment on brand standards, tone of voice, and regulatory constraints.
- Coordinate with clusters to deploy consistent assets (collaterals, videos, paid media materials).
3. Digital Activation & Online Presence
- Act as key user for digital tools and platforms (in complement to Global teams), in particular marketing automation (Marketo)
- Support clusters in onboarding, training, and using digital tools efficiently.
- Run and activate regional or country digital campaigns, including email, paid activation, web, and marketing automation (where clusters lack resources).
- Coordinate the website localization project
4. Campaign Analytics, Insights & Performance
- Analyze and share Regional & Local campaign performance, leveraging standardized dashboards and automated reporting tools.
- Drive feedback loops to inform both Regional Franchise Leads and Global teams—ensuring actionable insights for optimization.
- Monitor Marketing Lead Quality (MLQ) and impact scoring and recommend corrective actions to improve lead conversion and attribution.
5. Cross‑Functional & Cross‑Regional Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Regional Franchise Leads
- Global MarCom & Digital teams
- Global Franchise teams
- Global, regional and local Commercial Excellence teams
- Cluster and local Marketing teams
- Medical Affairs, CRM/Marketing Automation teams
- Ensure alignment on digital standards, best practices, and execution frameworks.
- Facilitate best‑practice sharing communities across ASPAC.
6. Operational Excellence & Regional Support
- Ensure digital marketing processes are harmonized across clusters where possible.
- Maintain regional digital content calendars and manage key regional digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, web pages, campaign hubs).
- Provide operational support to clusters lacking dedicated digital roles.
- Guarantee compliance with privacy, data protection, and digital governance requirements.
Studies & Experience
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing, campaign performance—experience in healthcare/IVD or regulated industries is a plus.
· Experience working in multi‑country or matrixed organizations.
· Practical hands‑on experience with marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (salesforce), social media marketing, analytics dashboards, and digital tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in digital activation, analytics, and multichannel campaign execution
- Proficiency in digital Marketing tools (Automation, CRM, Content Management Systems, web Analytics – Captello, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Ability to translate complex technical/clinical content into engaging digital communication assets.
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, dashboards, and lead scoring methodologies.
- Project management, planning, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence across clusters without direct authority.
- Fluent in English; other European language(s) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region when needed (~10–20%).
