ASPAC Regional Business Manager - Healthcare Business

Summary
Contribute to and help drive the commercial success of the PQC business in the ASPAC region.
Main Responsibilities
• Design and drive commercial plan to grow PQC business in ASPAC region.
• Act as a focal point to cascade information & initiatives from the Corporate Marketing team to the local countries; and gather voice of customers, competitor landscape and market insights back to Global marketing team.
• Contribute to sales growth through extensive field activities with local countries within the ASPAC region. Ensure the profitability of assigned business units.
• Support local teams through initiatives including strategic launching or positioning of solutions, business development, customer education & presentation, value selling demonstration, product demonstration, lobbying with regulators, etc.
• Speak in events to improve brand awareness and customer engagement when needed. Work in tandem with Scientific affair personnel to push for solution endorsement.
Requirements
1. At least a bachelor degree in science or business related field in Pharmaceutical Industry.
2. Strong knowledge of the practices and processes in Pharmaceutical drug manufacturing industry.
3. Successful track record in customer-facing role in previous job assignment.
4. Strong leadership and team leading skills.
5. Fluency in English is a must; ability to communicate in other Asian languages is a plus for communication with key stakeholders in the region.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural and matrix environment.
7. MS office skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and any other work-related productivity tools.
