The Chief of Staff reports to the ASPAC SR.VP as a strategic advisor. Your role is pivotal insupporting the SR. VP and the ASPAC COLT in steering the organization towards the fullpotential AND GO28 ambition . It’s about transforming strategy from a concept into impact,guiding our collective journey forward. The focus of this position is quality & timely execution of decisions made by the ASPACClinical Operations Leadership team. You will lead our strategic planning efforts and make sure the mission, vision and direction are clear to everyone. You will foster effective leadership and nurture connections. Under your guidance, all our activities align with our strategy.

 

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
Strategy and Planning: As a strategic advisor to SVP ASPAC, provide insight andsupport for excellent decision making

-Prepare for SVP ASPAC for business reviews, leadership meetings and events.

-Develop the action goals, measure progress and provide updates to stakeholders

-Provide “sounding board” active listening and knowledge of the organization & strategicpriorities to problem solve a broad range of areas that impact progress-Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presentingconsiderations to the ASPAC SVP and the Leadership Team of Clinical Operations

Execution: Monitor & support key transformation projects rollout with countries/functions when projects enter into effective operational stage. There will be special focus on GO28 and FULL POTENTIAL

-Establish effective execution tracking / reporting processes suitable for reporting at various management levels. Capture Minutes of COLT meetings with assigned follow ups.

-Operate at a tactical, strategic and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility

-Track high priority initiatives at large and identify any obstacles, communicate initiative status, pulling in other stakeholders as necessary to ensure the quality and timey deliverables

Communication: Act as the Point of Contact between Corporate Communication (internal and external), company change management community and the Clinical Operations

-Enable delivery of change through target setting, planning, tracking and reporting utilizinggood practice knowledge of change management techniques

-Engage and manager stakeholders; ensure effective communications plans in place andmanaged on an on-going basis

-Develop presentations and communications contents to the organization through liaisingwith the relevant stakeholders

 

Who are you?

Education and Experience: oBachelor’s degree, MBA preferredoKnowledge and experience in health care preferredoGood knowledge of the business, finance and analytics

Skills and Qualifications:

oStrong interpersonal skills with project management experience, multi-taskcapability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and matrixenvironment
oPassionate about work with the can do and must do better attitude, highly motivated and results driven, ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills

oCustomer centric mindset and problem-solving abilities and comfort in providing open, honest feedbackoBuilding strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
