Equipment & Spares Export Supply Operations Specialist
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
- Performs the import and export administration and distribution activities for his/her area to ensure internal and external partner and customer satisfaction in line with the procedures, the guidelines, KPI, import/export regulations and in close collaboration with the other departments. Perimeter can include finished goods, services and reverse logistics.
Main Accountabilities:
- Performs, for ASPAC countries, the subsidiary’s E&S orders and manages the delivery and invoicing in compliance with the applicable procedures and regulations in cross collaboration with internal and external business partners (ComOps, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance…)
- Performs, for distributors in ASPAC countries, the export sales admin activities: pricing/quotation, orders, delivery, invoicing for instruments and spare parts
- Manages letter of credit for some ASPAC counties with coordination with different internal and external parties
- Performs, for ASPAC countries, the export distribution activities after the creation or update of the delivery in SAP
- Manages stock adjustment in SAP, and all the tasks related to MES in SAP
- Manages (recording, follow-up and closing) the logistics complaints of our export customers in collaboration with different interlocutors (Warehouse, Transport and Customs, Finance, Quality…)
- Interface with service providers to manage daily order preparation and execution
- Manages all the offline communication with service providers to provide updates to subs/distributors regarding of order/shipment status
- Update/Track overall sales admin KPIs and service providers KPIs
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the activity being proactive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and cost optimization, through specific initiatives and participation to community’s network
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Studies-Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Business school (Major in Supply Chain-Logistics ; International Trade)
- Working experience: at least 5 years of experience in a similar activity
