1. Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job

Replenishes and manages inventory for a portfolio of Subsidiaries according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be the single point of contact for these subsidiaries and its key stakeholders. Overall objective is to guarantee service to customers, on time in full (OTIF), while optimizing cost and sustainability and respecting compliance and regulations. These would be achieved through projects of standardisation and optimisation of processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and operations.

 

2. Main Accountabilities

  • VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) management of your pool of subsidiaries with routine review of SLA with subsidiaries, customer service, supply and distribution teams, defining stock levels for Subsidiaries, service engineers and key customers
  • Replenishment of subsidiaries to respect SLAs through stock transfer orders according to SLA guidelines to achieve economical customer OTIF, defining and managing allocations on critical products
  • Maintain and continuous improvement of planning tool accuracy (MRP views, replenishment parameters) to ensure accuracy and consistency with demand signal with commitment of the supply chain promise to internal customers
  • Manage replenishment operations and monitor and drive its execution
  • Mitigate risks and actions plan in case of deviation to plan (when necessary) and run operations governance
  • Monitor sales fulfilment indicators and manage root causes, alerting concerned business areas in case of important/structural deviation, scrap, stock-out risk, etc, and propose and implement for replenishment plan adjustments
  • Manage phase-in and phase-out activities with Life-cycle Management (LCM) team in inventory dimensioning and following up with business area SC managers to avoid shortages and stock-out events
  • Communicate key performance indicators to Subsidiaries, monitoring operational issues and defining solutions
  • Be the voice of internal customers on supply planning topics (scrap, product availability, etc) within the E&S team

 

3. Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications

       3.1 Studies-Experience:

             - Bachelor's degree with specialization in Supply Chain

             - At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning

             - Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations

       3.2 Skills and Qualifications:

              - Ability to work in multi-cultural environment (Mastery)

              - Sense of ownership (Mastery)

              - Rigor (Mastery)

             - Customer / Business oriented (Mastery)

             - Skilled in IS tools (Excel, VMI Tools, SAP)

             - Skilled in export logistics and flows
