- Main Missions:
- Leads the team, manages and monitors team's workload and performance (transport, logistics, distribution, export sales administration, Inventory/replenishment)
- Defines objectives, methods and skills needed, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Drives budget/resources for his/her perimeter
- In charge of managing and supporting international transportation by multimodal way to deliver internal and external customers
- In charge of managing export sales administration activities (quote/order mgt, L/C, deliveries & invoicing, log complaints) and inventory / replenishment operations (for parts for service)
- Responsibilities
- Guarantee the compliance with the transport & customs regulatory requirements
- Guarantee the compliance with internal quality requirements
- Maximize operational performance and compliance : cost, quality, service in interface with international sales administration, IDCs, purchasing, quality and trade compliance
- Define the carriers sourcing strategy and ensure the selection and relationship with partners & suppliers through request for quotation, with purchasing department and drive review with suppliers
- Manage forwarders including warehousing and transportation, to cover RFQ, contract/rates discussion, performance governance, process integration, cost control/payment validation
- Represent proactively transportation within the flow management governances and projects
- Represent & manage activities (with her/his team) export sales administration / customer supply activities from RDC SG to ASPAC subs and distributors (order registration, quote, processing, invoicing and log complaints)
- Manage inventory and replenishment activities (with her/his team) for RDC ASPAC to subs / FSE for parts for service (scope under review and communication expects to be performed by Feb23)
- Experience
- Master Degree Supply Chain/ International Transport &Customs/ Logistics & Distribution & supply chain

- Team management and at least 5 years experience within international transport operations & supply chain
- Skills & qualification
- Knowledge in transportation and customs (air, ocean, road)
