Position Summary
Regional Application Specialist – Pharma Quality Control (ASPAC) is at the forefront of delivering pharmaceutical accounts a premium support and consultancy.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to direct and indirect bioMérieux customers a& bioMérieux subsidiaries, also provide trainings and organize troubleshooting for product under your responsibility, having the customer satisfaction as your topmost priority
Working as a technical expert in close contact with customers, you will ensure implementation activities, such as but not limited to workflow assessments, risk analysis support, training, supporting qualification and troubleshooting product related issue. Will be key in aligning the support to business aspects in region with pharma stakeholders.

Primary Duties
•    Integrate bioMérieux diagnostic products at new or existing customers facilities by providing on site and remote technical support to sales manager for pre-sales activities and to end users to assure a proper and smooth usage of bioMérieux products.
•    Give support to the project lead in charge, acting as an application expert and being the technical referent for the applications of ranges in the pharma segment.
•    Execute training as part of implementation plan and demonstrations when requested by the business and support department
•    Ensure instrument qualification including performance qualification execution on-site and support the customer validation activities.
•    Facilitate adoption of bioMérieux products and services through product proof of concept at customer site or technical evaluations
•    Ensure workflow assessment, provide recommendations for optimizing the future workflow and implement it, co-animate the risk analysis together with the customer and provide support.
•    Assure customer satisfaction: manage and track potential application complaints in the CRM as Level 2 support to troubleshoot and propose customized solutions. Assure remote and field primary support for the solution to customers and advanced support to subsidiaries activities linked with. 
•    Represent the Regional Organization internally and externally for the considered range of product: provide feedback on product performances or customer needs to the relevant internal stakeholders. Transfer knowledge to subsidiaries/distributors/customers and provide on-site field support acting as a coach.


Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s /Master’s / Doctorate degree in microbiology or life science or relevant discipline. 
•    Minimum of 5 years previous experience servicing bioMérieux pharmaceutical range or minimum of 7 years equivalent experience servicing as an Application Specialist within a Pharma environment
•    Strong skills in Pharmaceutical conventional microbiology, regulations and validation/qualification.
•    General knowledge about technologies in microbiology and with scientific approach
•    English fluent, French or other European language is a plus
•    Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative team environment or independently with minimal direction 
•    Excellent customer service skills and an ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical persons. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email and in person
•    Training and listening skills
•    Ability to well organize and clearly document the work in accordance with office and quality procedures
•    Good knowledge about reporting tools including CRM
•    Ability to interact with multi-cultural teams
•    Customer oriented with a customer service spirit
•    Adaptability
