The headquarter of Mérieux University is located to the west of Lyon (France) in “le Domaine de Montcelard”, and 4 Regional Hubs are dedicated to our international sessions (China, USA, Shanghai, France).
Summary:
The ideal candidate will support both our Singapore Customer Service and Sales teams including but not limited to the key responsibilities described below.
Main Responsibilities:
For Customer Service (60%):
- IB Administration: Work with the FSE and FAS in ensuring the accuracy of Asset Details in CRM.
- IB Administration: Work with the FSM in ensuring the accuracy of Entitlement information in CRM.
- IB Administration: Create and maintain the Maintenance Plan for assets with a valid Entitlement.
- Handling of customer enquiries and seeking a timely resolution and response via collaboration with colleagues (locally and globally).
- Service sales and contract administration. From quotations to invoicing.
- Work with the finance to ensure timely submission of invoices
- To work with the local QARA in creating, monitoring and closing of Field Action work orders.
- Handling of service related deliveries with delivery partners
- Raised eproc PO for service related jobs.
For Sales & Marketing (40%):
- As the ‘go to person’ for sales and service CRM module, to be proficient to manage and maintain CRM database as current.
- Key admin user for CRM sales module for Asean South cluster (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
- Key contact person with SSC (Shared Service Center) for sales administration including updating price list (YPR1), new account creation, updating customer ‘sold-to’ , ‘ship to’, customer contact info to ensure accurate invoicing and delivery.
- First point of contact for customer phone enquiries, such as sales/product enquiries, customer delivery and ETA..
- Manage sales.sg@biomerieux.com mailbox, channel enquiries to the appropriate sales or customer service team and utilise the mail box for eblast purpose.
- Provide quotations and support RFP/Tender documentation – hardcopy preparation and online submission.
- Update and maintain in-house electronic databases in shared drive on contracts.
- Assist in PO tracking fulfilment working together with SG ordering team, and coordinate with the Finance team and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
- Assist in organizing marketing / promotional events including marketing communication, such as eblast.
- Coordinating and facilitating internal team meetings, offsite meetings/events. Active participation of team meeting.
- Conduct new hire onboarding orientation on sales admin and raise BioAccess request for new hire work tools and accessories.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ experience in a Technical Support Department and/or Sales & Marketing department
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining excellent customer support
- Computer literacy : Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus), MS Office (especially Excel), and Database Management (e.g Salesforce CRM)
- Excellent people and communication skills.
