岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Implement Greater China human resources strategies in MSO organization and drive employees and organizations development to achieve current and future business objectives.

 

主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement Greater China HR strategies effectively to support and drive the strategic and operational needs from the business;
  • Partner with business to drive business growth, facilitate organization transformation and strengthen organization’s competency;
  • Develop human resources solutions by collecting, analyzing information and recommending courses of action
  • Develop employee experience strategies to enhance engagement level;
  • Counsel and coach managers and employees on employee relations issues;
  • Build and strengthen MSO culture algin with company culture;
  • Implement Global, ASPAC and country HR initiatives and projects locally; 

 

知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • B.S./B.A. Degree in Management, HR Management or related;
  • 5-10 years’ experience as HR generalist or on expertise role in MNC's, manufacturing experience is a plus;
  • Proven leadership, communication, teamwork, facilitation, problem resolution, conflict management and influencing skills in multi sites and matrix organization;
  • Demonstrated experience / skills in setting and implementing organizational strategies to drive change and improve business performance;
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, counsel and influence business leaders, managers and team members;
  • Results-oriented; proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities;
  • High energy level with a dynamic, positive style;
  • Fluent English both in written and oral.
