Planning Specialist

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Primary responsibility for BSuB production planning activities, to ensure in time delivery and suitable inventory level.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maintain daily production plan according to weekly production plan;
Issue SAP process order and manufacturing procedure to production line;
Daily track the production activity to make sure process orders are completed in time;
Evaluate the material & time consumption for process order in SAP, and TECO them in time; 
Manage the local materials to meet the production demand and keep low inventory.
Prepare report and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Safety, Health & Environment, Ensure compliant to global EHS policy, local regulation and ISO 14000 requirements
Quality and Regulation, Support the company’s goal of ensuring compliance with NMPA regulations, ISO 13485 standard and other industry codes applicable.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

1.Bachelor degree;
2.Minimum 3-5 years production planning experience in manufacturing plant;
3.ERP system knowledge, good experience in SAP is must;
4.Good communication skill;
5.Strong analytical capability;
6.Good command of English and Mandarin in both written and oral.
