Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Ensure a fast revenue growth of the product lines in a defined area at local area/national level by elaborating and developing commercial action plan, by direct operations or by supporting the distributors through the support and the direction settings through the creation & development of distributors network.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for revenue results : coordinate and implement the sales strategy of the assigned products in the perimeter. Build sales action plans, accountable for sales budget followup plan distributors meetings, prepare sales quotations & tenders, hold workshops.
  • Build up & manage distribution network : distribution contracts, commercial policy, tenders offers, final users communication plan, field people training plan, payment terms…. Hold business review with the distributors on periodically basis covering new business opportunities, current installed base, service capabilities & financials matters.
  • Exploring market size & potential business through healthcare network and purchasing powers, marketing dynamics and trends moreover understanding driftwood of growth to specific market ultimately setting up the right go market strategy.
  • Achieve annual budget and monthly LBE of multiple order and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing selling accounts to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage.
  • Assume a Product Specialist role for all distributors, by developing sales argumentations adapted to each markets and market segment (when necessary). Participate to Sales forces technical training and set / lead / execute training plans for distribution field people.

 

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Studies-Experience:

  • Scientific or business degree
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience (1), preferably in microbiology or microbiological environment monitoring, minimum 6 years of experience (2)
  • Previous track record in animating distribution network or local sales forces
  • International experience is a must with a good knowledge of the countries area

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Very good negotiation & communication skills. Sales results oriented
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross cultural flexibility
  • Frequent travels in the local area/country
