Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Ensure reliable end‑to‑end customer supply operations in the Philippines while driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in close collaboration with regional and cross‑functional teams.
Main Accountabilities:

Organize and manage day‑to‑day supply chain activities for the Philippines to ensure customer satisfaction, covering planning, order management, delivery, invoicing, and complaint handling.

Coordinate demand forecast consolidation, planning data preparation, and updates to planning systems, while supporting product life‑cycle activities (launches, discontinuations, master data updates) by collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Regional Supply Chain teams to collect inputs, share updates, and flag potential risks to supply or service.

Analyze standard supply chain KPIs and reports, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions to ensure service levels and inventory optimization.

Manage and monitor vendor and distributor performance (e.g. 3PL, warehouse, transport, customs partners), ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, procedures, and operational requirements, and escalating issues when performance deviates.

Manage supply chain operating costs and budget follow‑up for the Philippines, ensuring cost control, visibility of variances, and identification of efficiency or cost‑saving opportunities.

Lead local supply chain projects and initiatives, including process improvements, operational optimization, distributor performance enhancement, and deployment of regional or global initiatives at country level
Typlical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Studies-Experience:

Bachelor's degree with specialization in supply chain

At least 4 ~ 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Planning
