We are looking for a Clinical Implementation Manager/Senior Clinical Implementation Specialist who will work and grow within business team.
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
Create new revenue opportunities.
a) Provide expertise necessary to achieve the clinical close portion of the sale working with Key Account Manager/Distributor.
b) Prospect and qualify leads for high medical value test (HMVT) revenue.
c) Promote HMVT products and services through product demonstrations, evaluations, or site visits.
d) Develop strategies for ongoing client satisfaction, retention and testimonials.
e) Capitalize on relationship opportunities for cross-selling bioMérieux products.
f) Analyze the region for revenue opportunities.
Provide education to hospital personnel on clinical pathways and clinical utility of Emergency Diagnostic products
a) Focus areas of Infection Disease, Infection Control, Emergency Medicine, ICU, Pulmonology, and Pediatric.
b) Provide formal presentations as well as informal training.
c) Facilitate intradepartmental communication to maximize patient solutions within the institution.
d) Conduct In-Service training at key sites.
Support development of Key Opinion Leader Network
a) Develop relationships with key regional institutions.
b) Gain acceptance and implementation of recommended clinical pathways at such sites.
c) Foster relationships with key personnel to serve as references.
d) Establish centers of reference as a benchmark for other customer sites to model with Clinical Solution Manager and Key Account Manager
e) Assist with tracking and developing KOL membership using the hospital directory.
Territory Management
a) Coordinate and track book-to-live process of Application Specialists.
b) Increase adoption of suggested clinical pathway(s) in the existing customer base.
c) Track competitor activities, defend against critical account losses.
d) Assist in developing and executing retention plans for critical accounts.
e) Coordinate with Application Specialists to troubleshoot process and product issues.
f) Design and coordinate solutions for the client.
h) Report on reagent consumption and market trends.
i) Report on client satisfaction and needs.
