The headquarter of Mérieux University is located to the west of Lyon (France) in “le Domaine de Montcelard”, and 4 Regional Hubs are dedicated to our international sessions (China, USA, Shanghai, France).
We are looking for a clinical sales assistant who will work and grow within the Japan clinical sales department and will report to clinical sales director
What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?
- Support sales team in order to achieve the goals
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish objectives
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Who are you?
- Undergraduate degree
- Over 5 years’ experience in administration
- Good oral and written communication both in mother tongue and in English
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Good sense of adaptation, strong organizational capacity, rigor and method, ability to take on a heavy workload
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to acquire a relative knowledge of files and make connections between them
- Good resistance to stress
