We are looking for a clinical sales assistant who will work and grow within the Japan clinical sales department and will report to clinical sales director

 

What will be your responsibilities within bioMérieux ?

 

  • Support sales team in order to achieve the goals
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish objectives
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

Who are you?

 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Over 5 years’ experience in administration
  • Good oral and written communication both in mother tongue and in English
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Good sense of adaptation, strong organizational capacity, rigor and method, ability to take on a heavy workload
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to acquire a relative knowledge of files and make connections between them
  • Good resistance to stress
