Field System Engineer 

1     Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

The Field Service Engineer(FSE) will be responsible for filed activity that are Planned Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, installation and etc. Establish and maintain proper business

relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned.

2     Main Accountabilities :

- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

- Scheduling Field activities with the customer, and implement PM and other assigned activity with timely manner

- Understand and execute department strategy

- Work to achieve team goals (Budget (Service Contract, Chargeable activities) , VILINK Connection, Remote Fix, Version Up, etc)

- Manage the assigned spare parts properly.

- Keep in mind efficient activities (Reduce Over time, Improve First time right, Reduce parts consumption)

- Strive to improve CRM data accuracy

- Work to improve technical and soft skills

- Establish the good relationship with the customer, distributor and Sales.

- Collaborate with relative members and contribute to the development of the company

- Manage the service activities of industry ( Assigned Industry Service)

3  Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

3.1      

Studies-Experience(Preferred)

- BS degree in technical field or equivalent work experience More than 3 years’ experience in Field Service or equivalent role.

- Having excellent mechanical skills

- Having good knowledge about computer’s software and hardware

- Being able to travel frequently

- Having good communication skill

- Having self-management skill

- Experience in a medical equipment service environment preferred
