Order Processing Manager
Job Title: Order Processing & Logistics Manager
Division: SCM Department
Report to: Head of Supply Chain Management
Job Objectives:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through fulfilling customers’ needs
- Ensure properly processing orders received from customers
- Optimize operational accuracy as well as time and cost efficiency
- Manage logistics to ensure service level and product quality to meet customers expectation

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Order Processing

- Manage order reception properly done in SAP and follow until on-time delivery
- Make sure with warehouse deliveries properly done through close communication when needed
- Provide information to both external and internal customers in timely manner
- Manage back orders
- Improve operations by measuring with KPI

- Deal with Customers
- Deal with customers complaints by solving troubles and incidents properly and timely
- Support teams to handle difficult issues to solve properly
- Proactively communicate with internal customers when risks are predicted to reach mutual agreement of how to deal with it
- Reversal Logistics

- Deal with return requests from customers by following procedure
- Manage planned return of products and parts to warehouse by collaborating other related departments

- Logistics Management

- Manage warehouse and transportation companies to optimize their service level and optimize cost
- Organize periodical review meeting with 3PL
- Manage warehouse operation properly done by instructing them when needed, monitoring improvement activities and measuring their performance with KPI
- Manage inventory cycle count and annual count

- SAP Management
- Ensure that the set-up of SAP is updated for team’s needs, including warehouse, and initiate changes when needed
- Act as a key user internally and externally (to global)
- Manage Customer Master in SAP and in CRM

- Coach and develop people of his/her team
- Do hiring and make semi-annual and annual appraisal for team staff
- Team Management

- Effective communication with customers and business partners as well as internal customers

- Optimize warehouse performance and logistics cost
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- Supply Chain Management experience over 5 years
- Work experience in the same or similar industry preferable
- Required expertise: Order fulfillment, inventory control and transportation
- Experienced in 3PL vendor management
- Management or leading experience over 5 years
- SAP experience or any ERP like Oracle over 3 years
- Good communicator with internal and external customers
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Actively promote operational efficiency and digital transformation
- Positive and active toward challenges and improvement
- Good at dealing with stress
- Decision-making on complexity
Language:
Japanese: Native
English: Business use level, TOEIC over 800
IT Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and any useful skills
