Project Facilities & Energy Site Manager

Reporting to the Site Head, the Projects, Facilities and energy site manager will lead and manage technical projects, site infrastructure and utilities, and energy efficiency strategies to optimize resources, improve processes, and achieve sustainability goals for the manufacturing site. This role is crucial for ensuring resource optimization, continuous process improvement, and achieving the company's sustainability goals.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Project Management:

• Oversee technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and deploy the site’s strategic investment plan with a short, medium, and long-term vision to anticipate future developments (CapEx budget).

- Energy Efficiency:

• Develop and implement energy efficiency strategies.
• Conduct energy audits and identify savings opportunities.
• Promote sustainable practices and energy-efficient technologies.
• Conduct energy assessments to identify savings opportunities.
• Install energy-saving devices (lighting, thermostats, water-saving devices).

- Facilities and Utilities:

• Manage site utilities (water, gas & light) and infrastructure, working with the maintenance manager.
• Oversee external service providers (catering, cleaning, security, laundry, infrastructure, access control etc.).
• Report on utilities and align with CSR to reduce environmental impact.
• Monitor building areas (internal & external) for conservation and improvements.
• Ensure budget compliance, be proactive in cost reduction, ensure regulatory compliance of the site. 

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Energy, or a related field. 
• 3+ years in managing technical projects in production, implementing energy efficiency and sustainability strategies with budgeting and financial Management. 
• Good command of Autocad, Microsoft project and other project management tools 
• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.  
• Leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. 
• Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English to interact with various stakeholders (internal and external).
