As a Validation Technician, you will be involved in the qualification and validation of processes related to tracking and measurement devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other linked departments.

 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux?

  • Develop, review, and execute the validation plan, ensuring the quality compliance of processes and equipment.
  • Create tests, protocols, and validation reports, as well as monitor and close any detected anomalies.
  • Supervise FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) phases, executing validations or coordinating them in the case of external suppliers.
  • Execute the Annual Validation Plan based on the requalification of processes and equipment.
  • Develop and update procedures and work instructions and manage documentation (Livelink).
  • Participate in and execute CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with NPS (Non-Product Software) reviews.

 

Who are you?

  • Degree/master’s in engineering or sciences (Chemistry, Industrial, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a validation technician.
  • Training in metrology and calibrations is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP/Eproc, Trackwise Digital, Livelink.
  • Ability to develop protocols and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proactive and autonomous profile in carrying out tasks.
  • Organization, flexibility, and adaptability to various situations.
  • Analytical mindset for validation and review processes.
