Primary Purpose of the Job:
manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) process within the Accounts Receivables & Credit Collection (AR/CC) team.

 

Main Accountabilities:

 

  • Managing incoming payments: Reconciling and allocating customer collections in SAP, ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date.
  • Executing specialized payment processes across the AR domain.
  • Applying and maintaining internal procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Handling customer data: Updating financial and credit information in SAP in line with internal standards and corporate requirements.
  • Preparing reports according to internal and global deadlines.
  • Managing refunds, write-offs, and prepayments with accuracy and ownership.
  • Collaborating with local subsidiaries to resolve operational issues and support business partners.

 

Experience and qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with strong communication and problem‑solving skills:

  • A Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Basic experience with SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • High level of accuracy, team spirit, and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset and strong analytical abilities.
  • Very good English (written and spoken) — essential for daily work in an international setting.
