AR Team Manager

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job: 

Manage SSC P2P Team by ensuring the proper performance of the tasks, fulfillment of deadlines and alerting about possible deviations. Deliver results according with budget and SLA.

Working model: hybrid mode (2 days from the office and 3 day from home office)

1. Main Accountabilities:

Lead & Develop the Team:

• Manage, coach, and motivate the AR team
• Drive recruitment, performance management, and talent development
• Optimize workload distribution, resource allocation, and team productivity
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training

Drive Operational Excellence:

• Deliver agreed KPIs, SLAs, and budget targets
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and timely execution of activities
• Analyse KPI and RKPI performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor process effectiveness and compliance
• Partner closely with subsidiaries, Corporate functions, and SSC stakeholders

Lead Continuous Improvement:

• • Proactively identify and implement process improvements
  • Drive AR process standardisation across the organisation
  • Participate in transformation initiatives and assign team members to key projects
  • Organise and facilitate workshops with Subsidiaries and Corporate teams

2. Typical studies, experience, skills and qualifications:

• Graduate in Economics/ Finance or Accounting
• Proven experiance related to managerial position
• Demonstrated proficiency with in SAP and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Requires at least two years of experience in similar position or in the process
• Ability to manage teams
• Ability to work under pressure and to make decision
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to plan tasks and work in an organized way
• Orientation towards internal and external Clients
• Very good English skills.
