Responsibilities:

  • Managing and building the Team to achieve high-performing collaboration, engagement & talent development resulting with a successful (in terms of quality and timeliness) process of month-end close,

  • Managing and tracking operational topics,

  • Initiating and encouraging process improvement opportunities across the team,

  • Identifying additional service offerings,

  • Ensuring adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations, supporting the strengthen of financial processes and controls,

  • Supporting local, regional, and global projects, as the need arises - providing financial expertise in such projects,

  • Being an active advocate of the finance function across the regions.

 

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a managerial position in the area of Finance & Procurement in SSC/BPO

  • Demonstrated experience in managing E2E finance processes fully transferred to SSC/BPO

  • Excellent understanding of finance processes and documented ability to improve these processes,

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to delve into processes,

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,

  • Proactive approach and attitude focused on improvement,

  • People Leader with strong management and coaching skills, as well as having a multicultural approach

  • Fluent English speaker with phenomenal communication and diplomatic, flexible, “can do” mindset

  • In terms of education Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA

  • Openness to change.
