COMMUNICATION PRODUCT MANAGER

for Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Distribution Area

Develop and implement marketing communication strategies for the company’s portfolio in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and distributor markets. Utilize channels such as email, social media, and the website, in collaboration with Global Communication and local Product Managers.

As a Communication Product Manager, focus on specific solutions across local markets, providing subsidiaries with product expertise and market insights. Oversee product promotion, brand recognition, and contribute strategic input across multiple brands.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing activities, ensuring consistent project execution and managing documentation and contract workflows.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Managing product communication through various channels, including social media with product and educational posts/educational webpage development, e-Blasts, and CRM (Pardot), in line with bioMérieux branding and communication guidelines.
  • Independently preparing high-quality, creative, and engaging content.
  • Managing the local website, brochures, leaflets, and other marketing materials, ensuring their availability both physically and online.
  • Translating and verifying professional documentation into the local language, with support from the Product Manager.
  • Planning and organizing external activities (e.g., congress booths, exhibitions, bioMérieux symposiums, etc.).
  • Performing control tasks to ensure procedural efficiency and accurate implementation.
  • Coordinating documentation storage related to product launches, in accordance with marketing procedures.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive company image by developing promotional materials (both graphic and textual), in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and managing related activities.
  • Preparing the marketing budget and monitoring expenses in cooperation with the Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

Studies and Experience:

    • Degree in biology (BA),  marketing degree will be a plus
    • Experience in Marketing minimum 1 year

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

·         Technical & Industry Knowledge

    • Understanding of IVD products (diagnostic assays, instruments, reagents, workflows) and their clinical applications will be an asset.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (IVDR in Europe) for marketing and product communication will be an asset.
    • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging messages for different audiences (lab professionals, distributors, internal teams).

·         Marketing & Communication Skills

    • Multi-channel campaign management (email marketing, social media, web content, trade shows, webinars).
    • Content creation tailored for internal and IVD stakeholders.
    • Strong brand management and storytelling skills to position products effectively.
    • Experience with digital tools (CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, content management systems).
    • Knowledge of graphic programs (e.g. Canva) at a level enabling independent preparation of graphics for the needs of communication in social media is a plus.

·         Strategic & Project Management Abilities

  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform campaigns.
  • Ability to align global strategy with local market needs.
  • Project planning, coordination, and marketing budgeting across teams and countries.
  • Collaboration with product managers, regulatory, and sales teams.
  • Marketing budget preparation, monitoring and execution.

·         Soft Skills

    • Clear communication (verbal and written) in Polish and English.
    • Cross-cultural collaboration skills for working with global and local teams.
    • Attention to detail—essential for accuracy in regulated healthcare communications.
    • Creativity, open mind, ingenuity and activity in searching for solutions;
    • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
    • Ability to identify the organization's marketing needs.
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Well-organized and independent.

 

  • Languages: Fluent in Polish and English

 

Primary Location: Warsaw

Travel time: 15% of time
