Clinical Business Developer Molecular Solutions
(Clinical Education Manager)

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Business Developer for Molecular Solutions (Clinical Education Manager), your role is to strengthen and expand the existing business by leading educational initiatives for clinicians, enhancing their understanding and effective use of our molecular and microbiology solutions in clinical practice.
Main Accountabilities:
This position will include acting as an clinical expert by engaging with targeted leads, providing education on the clinical utility of rapid molecular syndromic testing to current and future customers.
The role is responsible for driving demand and product usage through promotional and educational activities and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and medical teams.
- Clinician Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions by understanding their needs, challenges, and daily clinical practices.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments in molecular biology and microbiology, especially in clinical applications. Support customers to develop demand and to increase prescription of rapid molecular syndromic and microbiology tests.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations to clinicians across hospital departments, demonstrating how rapid syndromic testing products can improve patient care and clinical outcomes. Plan, organize, and lead hospital-wide educational activities for clinicians and healthcare staff
- Collaboration with the team: Work with the sales team to create and execute a business development strategy for the clinical market. Monitor the sales territory to identify risks, opportunities, and market trends in rapid molecular syndromic testing and microbiology.
Candidate Profile:
Training & Education :
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as biology, microbiology, molecular biology, nursing, or pharmacy or equivalent healthcare background. Proven track record of working with hospitals and implementing clinical processes is required.
- Clinical or laboratory background is a plus.
Experience & Skills :
- Proven experience in business development, sales, especially in the medical sector with a focus on clinical applications.
- Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales within a hospital environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Willingness to travel as required to visit customers and attend clinical conferences and events.
- Valid driving license, category B.
Language: Fluent Polish and ability to communicate effectively in English.
Travel Time: around 80%.
Primary Location: Bydgoszcz/Poznań
