Customer Supply Junior Specialist

Customer Supply Junior - Order Entry 
Your responsibilities: 
•    Enter & validate Sales Orders in Esker and SAP to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal requirements 
•    Manage Sales Order Modifications in SAP, including changes and updates as requested
•    Monitor and Process Order Entry Reports, such as backorders, incomplete orders, and blocked orders
•    Communicate effectively with the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in subsidiaries to resolve order-related issues
•    Meet Deadlines in line with documented procedures and the company’s best practices 
Our requirements: 
•    Prior experience in similar administrative or order processing roles is an asset
•    Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel) is desirable
•    Language Skills: communicative knowledge of English
•    Excellent teamwork skills
•    Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail
