GL&R Team Manager

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

Securing daily operations. Delivering results according to stipulated. 

1. Main Accountabilities:

• Organize and lead the team to ensure the business continuity of operations.
• Recruit, retain, develop and manage the performance of team.
• Ensures the quality of the process and the fulfillment of deadlines and SLA.
• Accountable for customer relationship with subsidiaries.
• Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement by interactive BPR, Process Experts, etc.
• Participation in project phase and/or process improvement. cooperation with Process Expert and Project Manager.

2. Typical studies, experience, skills and qualifications:

• Graduate or advanced student Economics, and / or related careers.
• Demonstrated proficiency with in SAP and standard office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Requires at least two years of experience in similar position or in the process.
• Ability to manage teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and to make decision.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to plan tasks and work in an organized way.
• Orientation towards internal and external Clients.
• Very good English skills.
