What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?


As a HR Business Partner, your main mission is to provide an unique employee experience!


Apart of daily operations you will have an opportunity to make our Austrian and Swiss subsidiary a best place to work by creating the culture which will foster engagement, trust and collaboration.

 

As a trusted HR Business Partner you will :

  • Provide HR support and advice to employees & managers in all areas of human resources
  • Work closely with managers in order to improve an employee experience and a culture where employees can leverage their strengths within organization
  • Ensure the correct delivery of HR processes such as pay, monthly records, work contracts, work declarations and produce Key Performance Indicators reports: headcounts, salary mass, absenteeism
  • Provide dedicated operational HR guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day queries such as HR policies, HR processes, training, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits
  • Manage employee engagement
  • Manage the onboarding and off-boarding program for employees
  • Liaise with Regional HR for cascading HR Corporate strategy
  • Provide expert advice on good practice
  • Process owner for Quality, Compliance, Health and Safety and other HR related topics


Who are you?

Studies and experience :

  • Master Degree, ideally in Human Resources or Business
  • Minimum 5 years similar experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer oriented (external & internal) & decision maker
  • High work capacity and passion for the job, in addition to high ethical and moral standards
  • Agile and flexible style
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including communicating up, down
  • Natural ability to influence and deals with a demanding group of shareholders both locally and internationally
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize with close attention to detail
  • Must be creative, resourceful, customer focused, results oriented, and have the ability to adjust quickly to new situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in Polish and English
